Once you purchase your order, it will be put in a queue. Please be patient as we are trying to complete your order and ship it out the same day.
Our shipping options consist of Express shipping and Standard. If your order exceeds $600 before tax, we provide free Standard shipping. If you would like your products delivered through Express shipping, the shipping cost will be added to your account.
Upon receiving defective products, please contact us and ship the damaged products to us. We will credit you for the products that are defective upon receiving the products.
If your order was sent through standard shipping it may take 2 – 5 days depending on where you are located. If you haven’t received your order after a week, please contact us and we will try to track down the package and get it delivered.

Before you submit your order, you will be able to review the items that you have added to your list. If you are still not sure about the items you have purchased after submitting your order, you will be able to download an invoice sheet of your order. The Invoice sheet can be found in your account settings in the orders tab.
