These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from Bluetech Shop Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms.

Your order is an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email or begin processing it.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit or debit card payments, company invoice terms, and in-store pickup and pay. You must be authorized to use the payment method you select.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you have been approved for credit or invoice terms. Orders are not shipped or released for pickup until payment has been received and cleared.
Applicable federal, provincial, and local taxes will be added to your order based on the shipping or pickup address. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
We ship to addresses within Canada and to other locations as displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and depend on the destination, shipping method, and product availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges may apply if a carrier assesses address correction fees or if a shipment needs to be re-delivered.
Store pickup orders can be collected at our pickup location: 695 Markham Road #683, Scarborough, ON M1H 2A4, Canada.
You will receive an email and/or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Do not come to the pickup location until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation when picking up your order. If someone else picks up the order, they must provide their ID, the order confirmation, and written authorization from you.
Orders not picked up within 14 days of the ready-for-pickup notification may be cancelled and refunded, subject to our discretion and any restocking fees.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We may require photo evidence and return of the product before issuing a refund or replacement.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. We reserve the right to withhold a refund until we have received and inspected the returned product.
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or made ready for pickup, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund or offer a suitable alternative.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are provided by the product manufacturer and not by Bluetech Shop Inc. unless explicitly stated. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation for terms and claim procedures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bluetech Shop Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or products giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
These Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluetech Shop Inc. relating to your purchase.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued purchases after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
